Did you know that EMDR can also be used to build self confidence? Many athletes use this tool to help them visualize and prepare for their events. Students can use this for upcoming tests. Adults can use this before giving a presentation. This type of “future templating” can be used with all people of any age. Be sure to ask your EMDR therapist about it!
